By accessing or purchasing from Vynox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
🛒 Orders & Pricing
- ✓ All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes
- ✓ We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- ✓ Out-of-stock items will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days
- ✓ Promotional pricing is valid for limited periods and may end without notice
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
3-day replacement policy applies from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
